Thor Equities Secures $43.25M Financing for Savannah Industrial Portfolio

New York, NY, Oct. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Thor Equities Group, a global leader in urban real estate development, leasing and management, announced today that it has closed on $43,250,000 in new financing from BridgeInvest for the Artley Portfolio in Savannah, Georgia.

Located at 25-27 Artley Road, the Artley Portfolio comprises approximately 525,000 square feet across 11 industrial buildings on approximately 27 acres. The portfolio is located approximately five minutes from Interstate 95 and eight miles from the Port of Savannah, providing access to a major transportation and logistics hub. The portfolio is occupied by a diverse mix of logistics users, including Thunder Logistics, CRS, TransRepublica and more. Thor Equities originally acquired the Artley Portfolio in 2022 for $49 million.

“Closing this financing reflects the strength of the Savannah industrial market and the quality of the Artley Portfolio,” said Joe Sitt, Chairman of Thor Equities. “We are pleased to partner with BridgeInvest as we continue to enhance our industrial portfolio.”

BridgeInvest provided the loan out of its Transitional Bridge Program. Managing Partner Alex Horn, Head of Originations Jon Gitman, Director, Originations, Ray Yen and Analyst Jack McNinch led the loan origination on behalf of BridgeInvest.

Thor’s most recent activity in the industrial sector includes the acquisition of an approximately 11-acre industrial property in Greenogue, Southwest Dublin earlier this month, marking the firm’s first investment in Ireland. Thor Equities' industrial portfolio includes assets in major markets across the U.S., Europe and Latin America.

Earlier this year, Thor Equities announced the full occupancy of its ground-up development, Gordon Logistics Center, a 1,039,018-square-foot industrial facility in Adairsville, Georgia, where Thor completed a $71.7 million refinancing in late 2025. The Class A development is leased to EAE USA Inc., a subsidiary of global leader EAE Electric, and Belgium-based industrial storage and automation company Stow.

The financing was brokered by IronHound Management Company.
